I'm planning on installing a HID conversion kit onto my 8L A3.

i've observed that there's no holes on anything near the lights to hold down the ballast. how do i make it stay? do i need to start drilling holes, because i really want to avoid that.

thanks all

There are a few guides on here already, if you do a search it should bring up some decent info, as for placing the ballasts, im pretty sure there are places already for them, where they will fit straight in and just need securing down.

for the passenger side, I secured it to the airbox air feed on thw wing

for the drivers one, just bolt it on to the headlight cover

so was everything nice an deasy to fit one?

i heard it only takes 30min to install everything, lets hope I can get it done.

I do need to drill a hole on the light cover ay.

oh well, for now i just wait for my set to arrive in the mail in 2 weeks
