Live near Tring and wanted someone used to the 8L chassis and knows the 1.8T engine to look at the old girl

Any recommendations?

Dean at 4 rings. Excellent service and very friendly. He is also mobile, so can come to you instead of you going to him for the work. He did the flywheel/clutch on my 8L A3..never had any trouble and will answer all your questions.

He is based in Dartford but works around.

Check them out my brother-in- law had some work done by them and a service done by them and was really impressed.

what needs to be done on the car?

Got an issue with boost. This ishow it revs from 2k to 5.5k 'Go go go go lag go go lag go'.
Also need a diagnosis on a suspected front arb failure, or it might be a top mount....not sure.

Nothing coming up on the VAG-COM other than an o2 sensor out on the exhaust

Fontain Audi in Iver - used them for a service last november seemed to be resonable.
