are 350z's quick?

I joined the motorway via the slip road and a 06 plate 350z was giving it stacks so sat behind him at 110(kms) and when we slowed for a roundabout he booted it but I remained on his tail until the next roundabout which I came off and a Jag XKR was behind me and he opened it up to go past the 350z..the roar of the Jag was nice (wish I had followed them).
are 350z's meant to be quick?

Between 270 and 310ish bhp depending on the year of manufacture. No idea how heavy they are regarding BHP per ton.

Excellent handling cars. Seen some with turbo kits fitted.......very quick then.

erm yep Jas..... although your turbo obviously wouldnt be a bad point mid range which is probably why you stayed with him - my guess but not had much of a play with one yet, enough to comment anyways

My mate has one, used to own a 210 S3. Beats it hands down IMO, specially on the noise factor.
