Help needed pls..

[G's S3 silver 2001]

Basically, the rubber hose that connects the charge pipe to the N75 valve keeps splitting appart under heavy throttle also I'd like to point out that this hose is pretty new. The N75 is brand new and I just want to make sure that I've connected the hoses the right way round.but I cant find any pics or a fitting guide. This problem never used to occur before. Any ideas of what could be causing this hose to split practically every day?..
Any advice will be really appreciated. Thanks..
