where is the fan controll unit?

does anybody know where this part is located? ive been told this is the problem, as my fan turns on and off all the time no matter what the temp!

I take it were talking about the radiator fan?

If so, I would have thought that a signal is sent from the temp sender to the relay then to the fan. Wasn't aware of a control unit?

It's on the chassis rail under the battery.

Does depend on the model! Some are just relay controlled and on others the control units are built into the fans.
