S3 ARB fitting

Ok guys i know its been posted on here about the fitting but does anyone know the torque settings for the subframe and other bolts?

Hope these help mate

Subframe to chassis bolts - Bolt - 100 Nm + further 90° turn
ARB to subframe - 25Nm
Droplink to wishbone - 15Nm + further 90° turn
Droplink to ARB - 15Nm + further 90° turn

OMG what a nightmare the front ARB turned out to be granted i did this by my self i would recomend having 2 people! I did the back first and that was a dream to do come off nice and easy went back together even easier. I recomend taking the front exhaust rubber off before you drop the subframe it was a mare to get off once the subframe was loose. The main problem i had was the brackets that holds the front bar just wouldnt go close enough for the bolt to catch the thread in the subframe. Its done know and i have to say even with stock suspension it has made a huge difference

you needed a pair of long nose mole grips makes the job a doddle.

Yes i know that now i just didnt have any at the time.
