Twas me that got the 13.9 at santa pod. only managed it once tho. i had 4 runs on the day and got 3 at 14.2 and when the car didnt bog and had a decent launch i got 13.9. messed up a gear change tho so maybe slightly faster time if u got everythin perfect. you do have to have some balls to rev it and drop the clutch tho. mine (soz Mikes) handled it ok tho, but i dont think id recomend it with standard clutch
 
ha no wonder you were giving it the beans as you were getting rid ;)
mines still on original clutch 86k done about 20 quarter miles,if it goes it means time for an upgrade.
I must admit when your there and its topping 5k it sounds like the whole engines gonna explode then green and engage alls good.

yer it had terminal speed 1/4 mile, then just terminal speedwas like 3 mph faster...
