Hi, Ive found that my newly rebuilt bottom end has a crack in one of the bolt holes that hold the drivers side engine mount ,
To say im ****** off is a massive understatement.
The engine building place say ( wasnt like that when we had it ) but i know it hasnt happened since i picked it up. it didnt move in the car and was lifted by 3 of us carefully onto an engine stand.
Anyway, long and short of it is,,, i need either to get it repaired ( welding i would imagine ) or swap my new components to another block, I dont need a full engine or one with good crank, all i need is a block, idealy without mega worn bores but at this stage... anything is concidered.
