We do offer stage 2/3 and custom re-map. Full custom maps are dearer though so bare this in mind. Normally a custom map on a TDi with hybrid, injectors etc will cost £599.95.

We regulary map cars with hybrids on.

Not sure who it was I spoke to, but I gave him my username on here and my full name. I want to go Hybrid turbo in the new year, so I asked which software will be able to do that early next year he said AMD custom map. So I stated for the time being I will go with a AMD stage 2 with a non resontated Turbo Back Milltek and AMD map, he said it will be £733.60 inc fitting & VAT with the Group buy 20% off and it will take 1 hour to fit the exhaust, then 2/3 hours on the Dyno to get the map just right for it.

Can you confirm this is correct as this information has been passed on to me by one of your sales staff.

That was me you spoke to and that is the correct price, for the Milltek and Stage 2. A couple of hours to do the exhaust and the mapping process from start to finish is 2-3 hours. The car will be mapped to suit your car and the mods.

A full custom map for hybrids etc takes far longer i.e a day or two. If you already have one of our maps when you come to go the hybrid/custom map route you then get the custom map half price.

No i'm afraid not. At the momment we can offer either FREE fitting or 10% on mail order on Millteks.

Also, i dont know if you've seen my 'stutter' thread, but how good are you guys with a car thats got a stuttttttt tttter (at idle, 800rpm) and a bit of a judder (at 1,200rpm) both when the car it it Park or sometimes Neutral.

my local garage say they can't find the problem, and thought it was gearbox. Went to a gearbox specialist and he says it's deffinately not gearbox. All i know is that it drives Ok, but sounds awful when i'm not moving.

Diagnosis shows nothing, so i'm basically looking for someone who has alot of experience with these engines that might know some things it could be.

Total - £784 + VAT

Or,

If oyu have the AMD map, you'll get 20% off the exhaust also.

Sorry I'm out now - please don't shoot me... over the weekend we went mad and ordered an S4 Evant which will replace the S3 (Audi did us a great deal - desperate to sell new cars me thinks), so it now seems pointless to remap something where I'll only have it for another four months. ****** good Group Buy, so fingers crossed something else will take advantage of it. For the last 3 weeks, A BMW 330ci Convertible. Before that for a few months a Volvo V70 T5 with 330 BHP and before that "kepe this one for 2 years" A VW Bora TDI 150 which after a hybrid turbo and plenty of development work ended up with 247 BHP.

Needed to get back in a Diesel for better MPG.
