Replacment Wiper Blades (Aero Style)

Hi does anyone know where you can buy replacement wiper blades apart from the dealers? anyone purchased e-bay versions?

are the dealer ones no good, i just bought a pair?
haven't fitted them yet waiting till the freeze is gone
