VCDS data logging

Just purchased vcds from NHN on here. Recently gone stage 2+ and will be getting a revo select plus switch soon and want to play about with settings. Just wondering how you go about data logging with VCDS, what measuring blocks do you use and what do i need to look out for?

What settings is everyone running at the minute?

Im running B6 T6 F9 when the ambient temps rise i will knock the timing back to T5, most people here run B7 but i prefer the way the car drives with B6 its all down to personal preference.
