Replacement S3 complete key?

Recently bought a 2001 S3. The car is great but I only have 1 remote 3 button flip keyfob plus a plastic (valet?) key. I spoke to the Audi dealer and they wish to charge me over £150 for a new 3 button flip key fob (ie. blade, transponder, casing and all the electricals inside + the programming involved)
My question is, can I get this anywhere cheaper?

Prob get the key off ebay but you'll still have to get it cut and programmed and thats what costs
