S3 Dealer fit navigation

Hi All

New to the forum having just sold my Q5 Sline for some S3 fun, the question I have is can I retr fit the Audi MMI Nav system to my S3 the that has concert one and Bose.
Having spoken to my local dealer they say I cant but should ask some of you guys.
