Hi,

hoping someone can help me. The passenger footwell was flooded due to blocked drain holes and also due to perished seal around the cabin filter housing. This resulted in the ccm being submerged in water.

I bought a replacement from eBay (same ccm model number 8E0959433BD) plugged it in and found the front electric windows worked, the rear doors locked and the mirrors could be adjusted. However, the mirrors would not fold in, the front doors would not lock, the boot would not open and the fuel flap would not open. Programming it has not helped. Thinking I had purchased a dodgy ccm I bought another one from eBay and found it behaved in exactly the same way. The pins on the connector block are clean.

Does anyone have ideas what could be causing this?

He was going to but now he is uncontactable. He did program the key so at least the key switch the alarm on and off. But stuck with the other issues.
