MMI stuck on splash screen

[paul4tune]

My Audi a5 Sportback MMI is stuck on the below screen after 10 sec or so the screen goes black, I ran a vcds scan and the below errors show up I'm not to sure how to interpret those errors.
can anybody help
things I've tried
fully charging battery
disconnecting amp, the head unit
stripping the head unit down removing hard drive and reassemble

I've fitted an optical loop on the AMP but still not working, nothing else is connected as the Bluetooth is built inside the MMI head unit
If i knew for sure the head unit had gone id just buy one from eBay but i don't want to throw away money

cleared the faults retested now getting a disk drive initialization error 02445 at address 5F

hi did you manage to sort the problem...have the same issue after attempting to install euro firmware in japan mmi...help pleas
