hi i bought some seat covers of this guy.hes ripped me off so don't deal with him

He said he had a set of Sline seat covers he said he would sell them to me for 100 so I sent him it threw PayPal but he ask to do it as a friends transaction so he dint get charged . I did which was silly but now I can't claim through paypal coz it was sent as friend transaction. So now I've now covers 100 quid down and he won't reply to me so basically roped me of
