I upgraded from a 8P0 907 279 A to a 8P0907279P CE.
Most of things worked fine after a second reset of the CE the only thing that did not work was the signal lights on the fender , front and back work fine.

I noticed that they sometimes blink when the light switch is set to 0 and you turn the wheel but I cannot reproduce that at will. It never bothered me so I did not look in to it.

As I now wanted to do the footwell lights and the anti-dazzle mirror I took the whole interior off again and starting laying all the wires and ran in to a problem.

I have LED front footwell with LED's form @Trups and I have the LED cold diagnose disabled in the CE but they still go out with the "fault in circuit" warning. I tried adding a normal bulb and they stay on so it is most likely this but I don't understand why it's still doing the diagnose when the option is enabled.

Has anyone else had similar problems with the signal lights or the footwell ?

Might be worth dropping t8ups a pm and explaining to him and he might be able to help as hes the lights guy

Added a halogen bulb to the wire and it stays on so it seems it's the cold diagnose.
Tried disabling cold diagnose completely in the CE but still nothing.

Does no one have OEM or Trups LED's footwell lights added to a N or a P CE ?

Quick Update.
The footwell situation is solved, for some reason VCDS does not set the correct thing even though the Cold Diagnose is disabled. If you set it manually via the adaptation channel to 1, disabled, it solves the issue.

Still remaining is the blinker issue so if anyone has a good idea what to test next it would be great :)

Finally solved the last issue as well :)
The culprit is Byte 22 Bit 4, Speed dependent Trunk release, removed that and blinkers started working again ...
Hope it helps other people who will do the upgrade.
