Heater fan motor part number

dose any one know where i can get the fan part of the heater system mine is making a terrible noise or dose anyone know the part number

i have also the same problem started making a strange noise then slowly stopped working , now i have no heating and its seriously cold.
would also like to knoe the part no.?

1J2 819 021 C or 1J2 819 021 B
both for RHD cars but don't know what the difference is.

Everyone's seems to be doing this recently. It might not be the fan, it could be the wiring plug on the side of the fan, wriggle it and it should come one.
