Trying to work this out from the post, if they update the car and it flags it's about to fail do they cover the work under a recall? Asking as my car is well out of warranty.

I was pretty careful and didn’t use much grease (used pad goo), also cleaned the discs fairly with brake cleaner after fitting.
Will probably just leave them a bit longer and see what happens, worst case I guess is just stick another set of pads on.

As far as I am aware there isn't, think they are on something like revision K for the part number. Really ****** me off how Audi take no responsibility for this, even a discounted labour rate would be nice. My car is a 2017 with full Audi service history, absolutely no flexibility from them...
