iv been so annoyed with it , I nearly pulled the full dash off I think ... I did leave it in here for a while and tryd it a little slower, although it might not have been slow enough with me being in a bit of a temper I must admit, ill try again, and breathe in and out slowly lol

it is a 3.0 tdi Quattro I love it evan more now, ( better still if I can get the foot well lights to stay on with vcds,and my key would come out when want it to instead of getting stuck)

I have the same problem on a four cabriolet, it was down to someone put in chain lube for a motorcycle on it to lubricate the thing, this caused a buildup of grit and dust and lead to it not working A good clean, and some proper lube sorted it all out fine

Also it not got the interior lighting upgrade option but only provide, so it's got standard door cards without the lighting, must admit, I miss the old A6 for the interior lighting, that looks really good

I just got myself ( well 1st September) a 3.0 tdi, I like be it, its plenty fast, and coming from my old 3.2 a6 petrol , the mpg is amazing I'd go for 3.0 tdi if you get a choice mate, the mpg is only a bit less then a 2.7 and the extra bang for you buck is wort it, but that's just my opinion
