Sorry to hear you had to take the car to audi. Using a fake cable is a really bad idea. Outdated software and poor build quality can screw up your ecu.

Your accelerator pedal is playing up, could be the connection. You could try unplugging it cleaning the pins and plugging back in.

Walthamstow E17 if that works for you.

Are you using Ross Tech cable?

You could always change the oil. It's not gonna break the bank and will give you peace of mind.
