I am running 3640 watts oplf power through 2 amps one does just the front at 640w with 300rms 5 1/4 and the rear is 6x9 hidden in the doors at 690w and a 1200w 300rms 12 inch sub and it kick when required

Popping is a hard switch off on my external 3600 watt amp it does this on shut down. But it sounds like you have a bad connection somewhere that is killing the amplifier. The amp for the sub woofer on the non bose system is at the top would be worth digging a little deeper into the amp. But...

I took all my system out and put a mac 3000 640watt amp to run front doors with Jbl Co axial pi cross overs and alpine tweeters 2600 watt 4 channel amp 2 channels go to 6x9 and brigade 2 channel to a 1200 watt Jbl comp sub and put the amps in that space and use a proper box and it will sound...
Are your rca leads by your power cables you will get the whine and if you amp is turned up on the gain full any pick up will hiss

Is your rear speakers amplified? You need to find the the remote lead to the amp for the rears to to work. I had to move one of the cables to another location on the loom and it worked

First you to use a low channel or it distort unless you have a hi input to your amp. But unless have to use your hu for sat navigation change it all up then run it all through an amp like a did in my a4
