S4 SEAT

Can any one tell me how to remove the hard back part of the leather seat fitted to a 03 s4 v8?
I was advised by a member on here that the a6 seat back just pulls off but when I tried on the s4 it was stuck fast and made a ripping noise when I pulled

On my A4 Leather Sport seats there are spring clips (three) at the top of the hard back - so these need gentle prying off with a trim removal tool.
The bottom of the cover simply slots in the bottom of the seat - so after releasing the 3 clips at the top lift up the rest of the cover.
Not sure if you have the same seats as me?
