Manifold any good ??

this is clone ATP Turbo, in your link
VW/Audi 1.8T - 20v Turbo Manifold : atpturbo.com

this manifold now set in my S3, it's no good, because poorly located wаstegate hole (turbo in my car Garrette GT35R)

recommend making outside wastegate "exhaust"

with small turbo - it's good manifold

now i bought "Full-Race"

I assume you are doing the rest of the work required to fit a GT30?... its not really a bolt on mod lol...

<tuffty/>

nice manifold... nicer cat/kitten (or huge manifold - lol)
I run same manifold on my ibiza, just ceramic coated version, and GT35 also.

Yes well engine is coming out next week so doing bit by bit not 100% on everything that's needed ..

For a GT30... rods, valves, valve springs, FMIC, 630cc injectors, inline fuel pump, custom TIP, custom 3" DP, Exhaust, big brakes, decent clutch, prob mods to charge pipe depending on fitment of turbo, wastegate if turbo is externally gated (would need to add the pipework to the DP too)... ermmm... and some other stuff too... plus a custom map

....engine mounts, different spark plugs, suspension might be an idea....

So standard pistons ok ?? Just forged rods ?? Got most of that already just injectors and Downpipe probs

4wd would be awesome fun
