Do facelift Bi-xenon's have a main beam bulb?

Just wondering... Do facelift 8P3 Bi-Xenons have a main beam bulb or does 1 bulb do 2 jobs with the assistance of a shutter in the headlamp unit?

For example -dipped beam shutter is closed, then when you pull back indicator stalk to flash shutter opens giving higher and more intense beam through projector?

Yes bi-xenons use the same bulb for both dipped and high beam.
