Need help please

Hi guys... My drivers window stopped goin up the other day.

I just pressed the button and it made a nasty crack noise and from then on it wont go up by its on power.
Any ideas??

It will go down quite happily. Just not up

Also how do i removed the door card??

Two tiny screws at the top of the door card on each end, then remove the plastic behind the door handle, it pulls apart and the top piece comes off you might need to pursuade it to come appart with a small screwdriver. under the plastic there are 3 more smallish screws take um out then lift the door card up and away.
