Rattle from passenger seat A4 cabby.

I have an annoying rattle coming from my passenger seat in my A4 cabby, when no one is sitting on it, if I keep hold of the seat back it stops the noise, does anyone know if there is a fix for this?

Thanks for all the replies lol, I done a bit of investigating and found the problem, someone has forced a 10p piece in the gap in the metal hinge area of the folding seat, took me ages to get it out, someone must have forced it in there.
