hi i was wanting to know how some of you got new coilpacks out of audi as i belive mine are on the way out replaced one allready
did you just ring audi saying i heard they was a callback on a3 1.8T coilpacks ???

You just ring them with your reg or chassis number and they should tell you , if you have bolt down coils forget it....

As above, just give them a quick call and tell them you are ringing about the coil pack recall.

Note that they will not just replace them all, they will only do them if they are the faulty range....if you have replaced them recently, then unfortunately they wont refund you and will just say to you that they are the latest one.

If you do a search, you will see some more info on the recall including the recall campaign number and the part numbers for the faulty coil packs and the replacements.

Thanks alot guys went in to get my distribution housing from audi today and ask the service dept who then ran my reg now i got to take it in next wed at 11am at derby and they all said to take my old coil pack i replaced as well to check
