Spare tyre won't fit?

Woke up to a flat tire. No big deal, I thought. Tried to put the OEM spare tyre but it won't fit?? The brake caliper is in the way I think. I haven't upgraded the brakes. What's going on here?

try putting it on the back instead. calipers are smaller. I.e swap a back wheel to the front and bring the space saver to the back?

Tried both sides, the yellow writting should be on the outside.

space saver wheels should never go on the front. think of it as a safty feature rather than an inconvienience.

Oh didn't know that, now I can't find the locking nut! Nightmare. I used it a few hours ago, god knows where I put it. Will Kwik fit be about to remove the tyre with it?

probibly if they have an intelligent mechanic working when you go in there. But it will be trashed to get it off. go into audi and get a replacement? if you know your pattern noumber.
