Brake Pads, but which ones?

Need to replace my disks and pads soon.
Got the disks sorted going to give the MTec's a go which are supplied with Mintex pads,
but I've got 4 different options apparantly for the pads. (Car: 2006 2.0TDI Sportback)

Audi arn't being too helpful either, guess it's because I don't want to pay for them to do the work, but would have thought
they could have told me which pads are required from the vin number.

Is the only way to take of my existing pads and see which match?
