Coolant bottle sensor

HELP - Does anyone know the whats the best way to replace the sensor in the coolant bottle ?
Do you replace the take & sensor or just the sensor ?
Where best place to purchase a new one ?

have you tried to clean the sensor
scrape it with a screw driver to get the crap off works sometimes
or just get a new bottle from audi or TPS
i just had to get 1 for a A4 and the bottle came with sensor couldnt get sensor alone.

Good you got it sorted but FYI the coolant bottle and sensor come as one unit and dont cost a lot (under 50gbp)

Flushed the full system !
Changed thermostat & gasket - happy days pal
