7n Tow Bar Wiring + Bypass Relay... Anyone Got a Schematic/Wiring Diagram...?

Time has come to fit a Westfalia tow bar to my 56 plate 2.0 Tdi. The tow bar itself looks straigtforward, but I could do with a little guidance reference the wiring and bypass relay - does anyone have a schematic/similar that I could follow?

Bypass relay, no relay on oem install/wiring.

I would think it would just be a case of grounding the relay, running in a fused supply and identifying your positive supply to each bulb and wiring them to the relevant signal wires on the relay .

on that note what is the preferred connection method used as some people use scotch locks but I hate them I would much prefer to solder them or at a push use crimps ?

In terms of preferred connection method... I tend to favour stripping a small section of the 'feed wire' away and jointing with solder, before tidying with shrink wrap. Heard some real horror stories with Scotch Locks, mainly due to water ingress over time, but have never experienced symptoms myself - some swear by them.
