locking wheel nut lost and brake size ??

So my a3 needs new pads and disks on the back and I'm missing a locking wheel nut . Does Audi remove these if I go in with a v5 etc ?

Also .... How do I know what size disks I'm running on the car visually if there the bigger or smaller ones ? As there's a set of brand new ebc groved ones local cheap

Btw it's a 2003 2.0 Tdi 140

Yes, your local Audi dealer will have a master set.
