New A3 SE, SDXC File Format?

I'm due tomorrow to pick up my new A3 1.6 SE TDi and have purchased a Sandisk 64GB SDXC card to copy my MP3 collection to, the card comes preformatted exFat. Will this format work with the A3's MMI, or do I need to format it to Fat32?

It will work with FAT exFAT FAT32 NTFS
