My new MAf arrived today from Stoke Audi. Just fitted it and then went for a test drive without doing any logs.
First impression was it made the throttle worse/less torquey at low revs and acceleration seemed a little down too. After a few miles the car changed and was better.
Can climb a local steep hill in 5th at 1400rpm no problem and not labouring the engine, unlike the old maf. Power mid range seems about the same though as before. Will leave it on a few days and bed in then do a log and compare it against my old logs.
Hopefully it will have cured my 'smoke map limit' that some people stated my car has hitting by looking at the logs.
