Air bag light

I have a small problem with my air bag warning light coming on. The thing is that it only does this when I have passengers in the rear seats!

My guess would be a loose connection on one of the side air bags??

Any ideas.

it could be the seatbelt pre-tensioners, the wires run under the rear seat,(thats what caused my airbag light to stay on) u will know them when u see them, just pull the seat up really hard and it unclips and check the wires, u may need it reset by somone with a computer thingy plug in.
