Replacement S3 10-spoke alloy

Hi all,

Got a bit of info which someone may find useful. I've just gone about sourcing a spare full size alloy for my S3 (18" 10-spoke in titanium), which has the part number 8V0601025AM.

Retail price: £668.29 inc VAT
TPS price: £604.80 inc VAT

I wanted to pick this up from my local dealer whilst the car was in for a service on Wednesday instead of having to collect the wheel separately from my local TPS depot. After a little persuasion I managed to get the dealer to supply this at £600 inc. VAT which was good and they even said they'd fit a tyre I was providing myself FOC

The standard "S3" alloy C0Z is about the same price.

I know as I damaged one - £648 inc VAT.

Most dealers wanted £710 inc VAT so a small margin on top. Good thing to know is TPS centres have targets for trade and retail sales and if you call at the right time potentially you might get a small discount for them to get the sale.
