fk coilovers

i wanna refit my coilovers but wanna check if there ok is there anyway to check before I refit them .. I took them off because they where banging but since then I found my bottom arms where warn out so there's a chance coiloversi might be ok but need to check em out if there's a way to do it

Fk coilover are a little stiff anyway, and I found my car banged with them on.
I took them off too, as my rear shocks were leaking, threads were gone, and all round condition was poor.
I got 40k Miles roughly from them too.

Just check for leaks, mainly and it rebounds properly
