Has anyone fitted the Centre console triangle covers?

Mine are a bit scuffed, so bought some of these covers:

Is there a guide or anything on how to fit, or how to remove the triangles first?

Check the centre console single to double din conversion instructions on fitting, you remove them as part of it. Only two bolts either side though

Really easy to remove, just held in at 3 points
