bigger turbo headache!

hi all, ive got a 2007 stage 2+ s3.
im looking to go the next step up but im not made of money either so not after £9000 worth of kit!.
id like to get it to 450hp or more without changing internals. is this possible.?
problem iv got is iv been reading so many threads and websites (especially s3alex thread) and seen so many different packages, info, turbos, my heads starting to hurt!
whats the best/most cost effective way to achieve this?
any decent packages that include all parts needed?

The most cost effective way would be a TTE hybrid.

That would get you into the low/mid 400s at reasonable cost and on stock internals.

Torque bends rods not BHP and the stock parts are good for a reliable 440lbs.

Drop TTE Si a line and see what he can offer.
