G28 crank sensor replacement.

Gonna remove and clean this sensor tomorrow, car keep stalling at idle and going into limp mode plus struggling to start. stupid question maybe but when i pull it out am i gonna get covered in oil or is the oring just to keep dirt out.

Oil level is not that high mate... You will be fine

All clean! Fired up first time. Was a pain in the **** to wiggle it loose though!

i replaced mine a few weeks ago, real awkward position & as you say takes ages to wiggle the ****** out even though the bolt is undone. 10mm socket is required & no extension on the ratchet is need for anyone planning to do this. The car now feels much better to drive.
