Irratic revving losing temp tfsi

Hi all

Just wanting a bit of clarification.

My car sometimes has irrational revving when stopped at traffic lights, or revs hang when changing gear. I read on here it could be the clutch switch so I've replaced it but still no better, again from doing a bit of reading this makes me think that it could be the PCV valve? Would it be worth changing this?

Also the temp drops sometimes and the car seems to be DRINKING fuel for fun, is this the thermostat causing this or maybe a sensor?

Okay so I hae now replaced the clutch switch and pcv valve and still have the revving issue.

Does anyone have any ideas?
