@Revo Steve-W Just saw S5REV passing through Rugby royal blue with large Revo graphics - is that one of yours ?
Hope to be there for 12 tomorrow.
Hope to be there for 12 tomorrow.
Well?Looking forward to the drive home !!!!!!
Haha I wish ................. I'm actually painting the garden fence while its dry but I've said 5.00 cut off then wash the car and after that out for a drive whilst the wife has the day up North with her folks.
Only drove the 25 miles home so far and it felt surprisingly normal which is exactly what I wanted keeping the refinement and driveability was key for me going for this. I did have a taster tho and pegged the gas at 80 it didnt take more than a couple of seconds to reach three figures and I have to say I've never been pinned back to my seat at 80 before - not in a car with less than 12 cylinders anyway. Steve was right I did have a big grin !!!!! Just a taste of what's to come really ..... Need to get the chores done so I can go out to play.
I'll update in more detail later.
Big thanks to Steve lovely bloke and knows his stuff that's for sure - shown me a glimpse into the Revo future product line too.
^^ it looks better now I've just washed it lol !!
Went the long way round to get a well deserved Big Mac, completely stock manners for pottering about no jerkiness in any drive mode. Peg the throttle and between 3k-5k (which is when I changed gear) it pushes you back in your seat and all you can think of is OMG !!!! Fair to assume that this surge of power will continue to the change up before the limiter - will explore on the 5.30am journey to work.
Haha you've wet my appetite Steve I could well be up for a ST 2 once your inlet comes to the market. The car was quite an extravagant buy and costs a fair chunk of cash each month coupled with whatever the depreciation is and I intend to enjoy it !!!!
You sound well happy Rob. x
I'm KentThank you for the kind comments Rob, glad I didn't scare you off! was honestly a pleasure to meet you & see the S3, looking forward to seeing you for Stage 2 next remember it's only a £50 upgrade once you have the Revo Downpipe fitted, lol
This is a down south deal, well near enough. Had a pleasant chap arrive as we opened up, come all the way from Kent, software done & headed straight home. Think he's a happy boy too.
Remember we're there all day tomorrow again flashing cars for anyone who can get a pass out of the house on a Sunday.
It's not been a good summer for bikes this year. Glad you happyIt's proper now lol ! Very hard to believe it's a 2.0 4 cylinder turbo under the hood. Glad to have given in my motorised two wheel days and pooled bike and car funds especially with the summer (or lack of!) that we've had this year.
I'm Kent
In fact I spoke to your guys at Goodwood this year...
Where would be my nearest 'outlet'?
Your local dealer would be Matt at Enigma - http://www.revotechnik.com/dealer-locator/enigma-car
@Revo Steve-W I'm leaning towards the Stage 2, downpipe and CAI if my car can be flashed yet - any chance of a deal via TC Garage? If they can I'll go straight for it at the right deal!
Thanks for that, is the -30% deal still on?
Didn't take the map @Revo Steve-W ... Hopefully soon! Happy to donate my car if you need any test bedding? The dealers are independent, please speak to TC directly for pricing - http://www.revotechnik.com/dealer-locator/tc-garage-ltd
