Front wings

Hi i hope someone can help i have a facelift S3 which has a damaged n/s/f wing thanks to a deer
and i have a pre facelift S3 which i am breaking. i would like to know if the wing from the pre facelift will
fit the only difference i can see is by the indicator where the headlamp fits it has a extra piece of metal which
could be trimmed away. If anyone has done this or knows please let me know

Yeah, you can remove it, that's what pre facelift owners do when upgrading to facelift headlights.

The only problem I can see is, aren't the side repeaters smaller on the pre facelift cars.

The wing i removed from the donor car has the same side repeater so that's fine
