Hello everybody!
I bought an Audi A3 ( 2004 3.2 V6) with cruise control installed but its not working ( its built into the turn signal arm).
The steering electronic is a matching one to this type of cruise control, the wire is installed between the steering electronics and ECU, and its enabled in both.
Brake switch is brand new and works perfect, i changed it because it was faulty, but CSS still not working, i tried to change the CSS arm itself, problem is the same.
In VCDS measuring blocks i see every pedal positions and buttons correctly, except this:
When i switch on the CSS i see in the last block 1000001, not 00000011. When i switch to cancel, it seems as 10000011, so i think here is the problem, but i cannot figure it out what it means.
Guy who install this stuff sad its problem with the RPM/Speed rate, and as i notice my rev counter is ticking a little when engine idle, maybe the problem can be here?
If somebody have some ideas about it, i will be happy
