Anyone know what this warning light is ?

I recently had the wheels off my a4 b6. Now they back on this light has come on i know its an esp warning light but anyone got any ideas why its come on cheers

Did you disconnect the abs wire or disturb the sensor?

I got this when doing some wiring for a air bag under the passager seat. I used my code reader and it came up with steering angle sensor. Lucky for me it went off after a drive.

Have you inadvertantly pressed the esp switch?

Dirt or more likely rust has stuck to the ABS sensor (they are magnetic) this interferes with the reading and puts the warning light on, ABS and ESP use the same sensor.
