Big Knock from Suspension A31.8QTS

Hello fellas.
I have been putting off changing my creeking arb bushes for a month now and the other day i noticed a small knock coming from the front right side when i go over bumps at slow speed... About a week later, it is now a much more noticeable knock from both sides at slow and medium speeds over even slight bumps. Slight vibration at high speed but not bad at all. Could this be just the arb bushes...? im worried the steering rack could be shot.

Any ideas please?

Just sounds like the ARB bushes are getting worse but i'd also check the actual bar.

Thats great news. I think id better do em... Do the Quattros have the rear arb like the s3- im assuming it has the wishbone assembly rather than a tortion bar like the 2wd ones?

yeah that's correct mate
