TV Tuner through the car?

Hello all

I'm interested in a tv tuner (digital) for the mmi. Is this possible? Anyone know if any solutions?

Most popular ways to do it are:

1) Audi TV Tuner in to the aux input of the reverse camera (high) module.
2) 3rd party TV tuner in to AMI Port via an RCA AMI cable. Could also use an eBay mirror link box with aux input.

Any solution would need Video in Motion (VIM) activating if you wanted to use while driving.

Depends on which mirror box you get. I have a cheap one and it is... cheap lol. Get a good £150 to £200 one with multi inputs and the quality is pretty good.

Oh thanks for this...I had something like this in my car before I got it from Barcelona didn't work to well and the screen is of lower quality than the OME one.

Why can't someone make an unit that works off the current system
