AEB bore tolerances?

The motor is coming apart quickly now but we are concerned at the amount of movement the piston has in the bore. Anybody know what the tolerances are as a reborn and new pistons will add a chunk.

mine rocked about too.

Manual says this:

Honing dimension
(in mm)
Piston Ø Cylinder bore Ø
80.975 81.010

It also says "Dimensions not including coating (thickness 0.02 mm). The coating will wear down in service." regarding the piston diameter.

Also, those are the figures for assembly. I'm not sure what the wear limit is though.
