Before and after. Freshened up the wheels, night and day difference!

Stirling job there mate - well done.

Calipers look brand new and liking the hub/disc in black.

Can't take the credit as I got them done at a garage but I think they've done a good job. Rusty hubs were starting to irritate me and went for black to disguise the corrosion better. Think silver would have meant extra coats.
Just wanted a factory Oem look.

Good job, I need to do that to my calipers soon.
 
Should of done the caliper black aswell , it's an ugly lump of metal spoiling the glory of the alloys .

Will see how well the silver wears over time.
I personally think the silver compliments the alloys, but each to their own.

Have had no problems with long term appearance with any of my cars, after Hammerite Smooth-ing the calipers. If prepared properly the endurance should be fine. I did the wife's Leon just after she bought it, and they still look better than when the dealership supplied the car . . . 4 years ago !
